Our Lady of Rigny dates to the 12th century but underwent significant alterations in the 14th, 15th and 18th centuries. Its aisleless nave (12th and 15th centuries) is covered with Angevin vaults. The transept was built in the 12th century and modified in the 15th century. The chancel has two bays. The current restoration work has revealed the existence of 15th-century wall paintings under the whitewash. Some of them have been uncovered. Notre-Dame used to be king Louis XI's parish church when he went hunting in the forest of Chinon.
