The church, which dates back to the 11th century, has undergone major alterations. In the 16th century, the construction of the presbytery blocked the three windows of the northern wall. In the 19th century, the nave was prolonged and covered with ribbed vaults. New windows were pierced (only the windows of the southern apsidiole date from the 11th century and only one is visible from the outside). The Romanesque doorway disappeared w ith courses of herringbone bond. Finally, buttresses were added. The tower was completely restored.
